Noise at Work Assessments

The Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 (CNWR) came into force for all industry sectors on 6 April 2006 and for the music and entertainment sectors on 6 April 2008.

The Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005 (CVWR), came into force on 6 July 2005 and aim to protect workers from risks to health from vibration.

By law, employers must assess and identify measures to eliminate or reduce risks from exposure to noise and vibration so that you can protect the hearing of your employees.
