Weston M6 is a major mixed-use commercial park featuring over 1 million sq ft of industrial space across six large units, along with 38,000 sq ft of office space in four blocks.
AEC provided specialist acoustic consultancy to support an extensive planning application for multiple development phases. Using detailed acoustic modelling, we identified and implemented effective noise mitigation measures to minimise potential impacts on the adjacent residential development. Planning approval was secured in 2024, and AEC continues to provide acoustic design guidance as the project progresses..
